Phase 1 Studio Cycling Format
The Phase One course is the initial qualification and starting point for all aspiring studio cycling instructors. This course is reps accredited and carries 16 CPD points. In order to attain these points however you are required to already hold a level 2 fitness qualification or higher. The course Incorporates all the key aspects which make up a great studio cycling workout. This is a 2 day course with both practical and theory modules. The course also includes a 1 hour theory assessment and a short practical teaching assessment.
