Phase 1 Studio Cycling Format

The format for the 2 days combines 2 practical sessions, a beginner session and intermediate session on day one with theory sessions to help you understand our concept and the techniques we are trying to deliver during the classes. Not only that we also focus on why we are using specific techniques to help you educate your participants so they get more out of their workout.

Day 2 Starts off with the advanced practical session. Looking at the techniques and challenges you will be able to provide to the more experienced exerciser and cyclist in your group.

The afternoon session is focussed around the theory assessment where we look at how you plan a class and then the practical assessment where we look at how you deliver aspects of the workout.
