Energy Music To Ride The Road

There are now Studio Cycling Classes in many health clubs all over Britain.  One grey area that continues to persist for Spinning, Spin, Studio Cycling or whatever you wish to call it, is the music.  Everyone knows how important it is to the class, in fact if the music is poor the Energy and fun is lost.  In CD format this music is written and designed especially for Studio Cycling and Turbo Training.  The CD is original and there are no cover songs.  It is a 45 minute journey that has a warm up, cool down and in between, there are challenging rhythms and riffs that everyone can tailor to his or her own workout.  Information on the inlay card creates an imaginary journey to help take the riders somewhere else - as well as nearer their goals!
