Terms and Conditions

PURPOSE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions set out the entire terms and conditions that may apply to any contract between YOU and the NSCR for the provision of Studio Cycling.

Payment

Payment must be received in full prior to your course taking place no later than 7 days in advance of the training course.

On receipt of Paypal notification or if you are sending a cheque for the full amount, we will send you pre-course instructions. Please notify us within 7 days of the course if any detail is not correct otherwise the details shown on the receipted invoice will be presumed to be correct.

We do not take credit cards.  You must pay by cheque to:  NSCR, P.O.Box 610, High Wycombe, Bucks HP10 0RE or PAYPAL on our website.

Prices quoted are subject to VAT at the appropriate rate

Cancellation and Refunds

If you or any member of your party wishes to cancel the booking or part of it, this must be done in writing and signed by the party leader. Cancellation will become effective from the date it is received in writing at our office.
Scheduled Course:

• If cancellation occurs 7 or more days prior to the scheduled attendance date, no cancellation charge shall be payable;
• If cancellation occurs between 2 to 7 days (inclusive) prior to the scheduled attendance date, 50% of the cost of the booking shall be payable; and
• If cancellation occurs 2 or less days prior to the scheduled attendance date, 100% of the cost of the booking shall be payable;
     
• All products remain the property of the NSCR until paid for in full.
• There is no guarantee on second hand and reconditioned bikes.

Liability

Your Statutory Rights are not affected or restricted by anything in this paragraph. Whilst exercise is good for you, an exercise programme should always be agreed with your doctor or other suitably qualified person before commencing any exercise on any of our bikes or your clubs bikes.  Equipment must at all times be used only in accordance with those instructions.
